Man, I remember when I was a kid that Christmas took forever. Now, I'm almost dreading it. Ugh.

Well, anyway, I know there's a ton of people I need to figure out gifts for, so if the lot of you don't want mix CD's, and flash drives for your Ipods, better speak up now!

Okay.

[Welcoming the cuddles, he tucks his head against Ichigo's shoulder. If he could, Ggio would never speak of the pain he was in - that gnawing at the core of his soul that was growing at a maddening pace, to the point that he slept not only out of exhaustion but for relief from the hunger.

Thankfully, moments like this helped so much to ease that pain, when he could be distracted by the wonderful, encompassing warmth and scent of Ichigo.]

It'll be okay, Ichigo. We'll figure something out. [A small kiss, to that juncture of neck and shoulder.] Don't worry.

[ Nodding against Ggio's hair, he doesn't speak. Mostly because he's trying to focus enough to gather reishi - just enough to take the edge off that hunger, because Ggio being so exhausted bothers him.

Nosing along a jaw, it's easy to catch the smaller boy's lips, but the screwed up expression of concentration tells how difficult this is for Ichigo. He's literally fighting Shiro to take more of that hollowfied reishi to give to Ggio. It's difficult, but Ichigo is relentlessly stubborn if nothing else, and with a small growl of frustration, manages to give over a measure of his hybridized power....actually it's a bit like covering Ggio in reishi, and letting the little arrancar consume as much as he can for that short length of time Ichigo can draw on his inner hollow's power. ]

[It's only a little, but every little bit counts, and right now it's more than enough. With a hand grasping the back of Ichigo's head Ggio kisses him deeply, to both take in that reishi and in a way try to reach as deep as he can spiritually - to that inner hollow that even now the arrancar wants to appease, even if he can't promise any kind of loyalty to him.

And not just because it would hurt Ichigo, but because Ggio knows he can't do it truthfully, with Shiro's intuiton picking up on that conflict within Ggio, of the terrible decision he very well may make.

But for now, it's enough to just feed on what little power offered he can, and feel the immediate relief in how he sighs, relaxing in content and not lethargy. He doesn't feel so sluggish, and when he does finally pull away he looks up to Ichigo with gratitude and vitality shining in his eyes.

Feeling a bit euphoric, even, he smiles, and leans in to kiss Ichigo with more feeling. Thank you...]
