He stops yanking when he's thwapped, but doesn't disregard them completely. Instead he runs his claws over them, tilting his head. Then he leans in for a quick sniff and a light lick.

Shiro gives a sneering grin, then opens his mouth wide. Too wide. Cracking his jaw open inhumanly wide and showing a mouthful of fangs, he sinks his teeth into Ichigo's arm right above that stupid armor. Sorry, Ichigo; no surgical slices this time. This time, it's more like being bit by a shark. Or a crocodile. Painful. But Shiro doesn't care because that blood is flowing freely, and his drinking it up greedily.
