Because no human should be able to harness the power I can. My original purpose? Was to be used as a living weapon against the tyrant that ruled my homeworld.
I wasn't expected to have a long shelf life.
That's why I'm so paranoid, not just because of the circumstances I grew up in, but also because I'm worried that I might end up not only killing myself, but a lot of innocent people along the way.
